So... I was disappointed that I couldn't really get started in my room this week. Due to the school being used over the summer so much, they are not finished cleaning it! I did unpack half of the boxes on Friday and that was a great start. Here are some pictures of my room before doing anything.

Starting out...

So today is my first day of hopefully many post about second grade. I am getting excited about this new adventure that I am taking on and I hope that I make others proud of me.

The first thing I needed to decide on was a theme. I chose CONSTRUCTION!!! Here is my fabric for two of the bulletin boards and maybe for curtains.
